This tour takes us west via Galway and into the heart of Connemara. Passing by the towns of Oughterard and Recess through the Inagh Valley to Kylemore Abbey. After an extensive visit to the Castle and Abbey, enjoy a short trip to the unique victorian walled gardens and gardeners houses. Enjoy lunch in Kylemore before we continue our tour into North Connemara.

After lunch, your tour will take you through parts of Connemara unique to Ireland, Our tour will take us by Killary Fjord, the only Fjord in Ireland and part of the Wild Atlantic Way, we will continue through the village of Leenane where the film ‘The Field’ was made starring Richard Harris. Traversing over Maam valley we will make our way to the famous village of Cong. Cong is where ‘The Quiet Man’ was filmed and you can enjoy a coffee or stroll around the ancient Cong Abbey in the town. In mid-afternoon, we will make our way back across the Irish midlands to Dublin for the end of your tour. Return to Dublin for your evening and overnight.
